Chapter 30Nate called me before we entered the advance mathematics classroom. He asked me of my absence from Timblesdale for the past week, saying that Jodie told him I went off to Denece.Chapter 30
I smiled. “I did go back to Denece, Nate. I asked mother to take me back. Well, Alex and Damien brought me back then.”
Nate blinked at me. “Why?”
Was I supposed to tell him the same thing I told to Pamela, Pearl and Jodie? I told Nate about Damien liking me and that I did not feel the same as he did for me. So, being unable to cope with such things, I asked mother to take me to Denece.
